Opening Account

1. To apply directly with a marketing officer at the head office Phillip Securities (Thailand) PCL or at other branches of Phillip.
2. To apply on the Internet via websites, please click here. The following steps will clarify on how to apply for each POEMS account type.

The following steps will clarify on how to apply;

• An individual who is interested in opening an account must complete all required entries and sign account holder's names in every field with the symbol "X". (If there was any correction made, they must be accompany by your signature)
• Incorporating with the application form, an applicant must attach additional documents including:
  - A copy of House Registration (including the first page)
  - A copy of the government-issued ID card, the employee's card of government-owned agencies or passport
  - A copy of your passbook’s first page of saving account or copy of Bank Statement (the page that has your name and account number on it)
• 30 baht stamp duty fee

  Remark
  : Every document must be certified by your signature.
  : Do not used reused paper.

• Please send all papers to “FinAdvice Department, Phillip Securities (Thailand) PCL at 849 Silom Road, 11th Floor, Vorawat Building, Bangkok 10500”
• Phillip Fund SuperMart will post PASSWORD & PIN to you by 7 days. If you have not received by such period, please contact 02 635 17 18
• Any clients apply for Automatic Transfer System (ATS), Phillip Fund SuperMart will process by 30 days or you may Activate ATS via ATM, please click here for further information.
